The Hushfree XM acoustic pod has an acoustic class B according to the ISO 23351-1:2020 standard for office pods. Completely new acoustic panels inside the pod ensure that the user is cut off from unwanted external sounds. The pods from the hushFree line ensure privacy and confidentiality of conversations.
EVEN BETTER LIGHTING FOR AN EFFICIENT WORKPLACE
The lighting system in the acoustic pods from the hushFree line has been designed to provide employees with lighting with an intensity of 500 lux at the tabletop level, which allows them to spend much more time on meetings and online conversations.
The lighting can be controlled using an optional, intuitive touch module. Thanks to hushAssistant, you can adjust the lighting parameters to your preferences and tasks – work how you want and when you want. The light colour can be set in the range of 2,200-6,500 K.
In automatic mode, after turning on the pod, thanks to the motion sensor, the light colour adjusts to the current time of day, immediately providing the best conditions for work and meetings. As standard, the Hushfree XM pod comes with a knob to adjust the light intensity.
BREATHE EASIER, STAY LONGER – EFFICIENT VENTILATION
Extremely efficient ventilation in acoustic pods from the hushFree line improves comfort and increases employee efficiency during the tasks performed. Rapid air exchange maximizes safety in acoustic pods and affects the well-being of people working in them. Ventilation can be controlled using an optional, intuitive touch module – you can adjust the atmosphere to your preferences.
The ventilation system is activated by a motion sensor in the pod. As standard, the Hushfree XM acoustic pod comes with a knob to adjust the ventilation intensity.

The Hushfree XM pod can be equipped with a new touch panel to control lighting and ventilation. HushAssistant is an optional module with a touch screen to control the pod. It allows for simple and intuitive changes to the colour and intensity of the light (2200 – 6500 K), the speed of the fans in the pod and gives the possibility to manage reservations of the acoustic pod.
Changes inside the pod can be made with one finger, and the colour touch screen will show the user exactly the current settings.

What does the basic power module in the Hushfree XM pod include?
The basic power module contains two 230V power sockets and two RJ45 ports. Each of the 230V power sockets can be optionally replaced with a type A charger + a type C charger with a total power of 5.0 V / 4.0 A MAX.
Does the Hushfree XM office pod guarantee speech privacy?
According to the ISO 23351-1:2020 standard, office pods in class B or higher guarantee speech privacy, so Hushfree XM also guarantees speech privacy.
What is the difference between the optional hushBooking and hushAssistant modules?
HushBooking is an optional module measuring 114 x 22.5 x 192 mm, constituting a side light panel and a touch screen (on the outside of the pod), informing about the pod’s occupancy, enabling reservations, prepared for integration with the pod’s power supply.
The system supports integration with the Microsoft 365 platform. In turn, hushAssistant is an optional 4-inch, round, high-resolution touchscreen (inside the pod), allowing you to adjust the lighting and airflow. HushAssistant can adjust the brightness and color of the lighting, as well as activate modes for different needs. It allows reservations, prepared for integration with the pod power supply. The system supports integration with the Microsoft 365 platform.
Can I order a pod with both hushAssistant and hushBooking?
No, both modules are alternative to each other and the pod can be equipped with only one of them.
