The InVentry visitor sign in management system warranties are the most comprehensive in our industry and not matched by any other sign in software supplier. Their sign in solution warranties cover all their hardware and software and are backed by a warranty SLA. For the main InVentry screen, including fixings, they provide onsite warranty repairs and replacements. For everything else, including scanners and printers, they are returned to InVentry free of charge for fixing or replacement.
As part of your maintenance agreement with InVentry, they also provide you with unlimited telephone support, unlimited remote support, 24-hour access to their sign in app support portal and remote software upgrades to make sure if you do experience a problem, they get you sorted as soon as possible.
