Abstracta x Verk
An elegant backdrop that fits into most interiors.
Design by: Ingegerd Råman & Verk
The collaboration Abstracta x Verk has resulted in a series of high-quality, sound-absorbing, framed acoustic panels where the textiles are designed by Ingegerd Råman, one of Sweden’s most acclaimed designers. Råman together with the producer Verk has refined the natural colours and textures of a new Swedish wool cover through her unique weaving technique, creating a timeless and authentic look. The acoustic panels are covered with this unique wool textile, available in three colourways, in three sizes, and are framed in untreated Swedish oak. Although the panels are no thicker than 45 millimetres, they have a high acoustic capacity and effectively absorb noise, making them ideal for high-noise environments.
- Hybrid product: Acoustic wall panel & framed wall piece
- Effectively absorbs noise
- Sophisticated design
- Swedish wool fabric
- Different sizes
The colour scheme is inspired by the wool’s natural tones. As mainly wool from grey sheep are being used, the colour palette has been limited to these natural shades.

The acoustic wall panels have a high sound absorbing capacity and effectively absorb unpleasant noise in the workspace.
Together with its well-crafted oak frame, the wool fabric helps to enhance tactile feel and create an elegant overall impression, suiting the panels well to settings like restaurants, hotel lobbies, and co-working spaces.
Combine multiple panels with eachother – both to create a visually expressive ensemble and to further enhance the soundscape of your space.
The natural colours and textures of the wool fabric "V.IR." creates a timeless and authentic surface to the panels. Behind the fabric is an effective Swedish-produced sound absorbing core made from textile waste and polyester.
