This product is perfect for applications where you don't have furniture to sit a normal amplifier on or in, and because it is mounted to the wall and looks like part of the connector faceplate it is much less obvious as a target for theft. It is close at hand if volume adjustments need to be made, making it perfect for training rooms, boardrooms, and classrooms.
The NEW Vision In-Wall Amplifier module achieves its genuine 2 x 20w (RMS @ 8 ohms) by using the latest Texas Instruments digital amplifier chip. This use of cutting-edge technology allows us to fit the amplifier into a truly microscopic form-factor of a double-space Techconnect module.
Featuring full circuit protection, two stereo inputs, and an external lap-top style power supply. This amplifier is perfectly matched to either the vision wall speakers (available in black or white below), or the vision ceiling speakers.
A robust product that is simple and easy to install; the inputs and outputs are all via removable phoenix connectors which allow non-technical end users to uninstall it very easily if required. The short input cables included are typically connected to the rear of adjacent input modules on the Techconnect Faceplate, or you can indeed connect a source directly.
