Harnessing the latest digital amplifier and touch-control technology, the new AV-1500 is compact, flexible, easy to use and uses no power at idle.

Mounting Ears
Included Mounting hardware allows attachment to a wall, projector pole, or rack. It has 1U / half-rack-width chassis.
Touch Control
The input and power on/off buttons are sleek touch buttons. Fewer moving parts means less noise and more reliable. The backlit dials are clear and easy to use. Useful LED indicators show the volume levels even in low light environments.
Flexible Inputs and Output
4 stereo inputs (via phono connectors) accept input from a variety of sources and the AV-1500 features a line-level pre-output, which feeds the sound on to a subwoofer for bass reinforcement, or a tape recorder recording, or even to a larger amplifier if you need more power! Comes with input and output cables meaning it is ready for use out of the box.
Phantom Power
The microphone input is via a professional XLR connector, which means it is balanced to eliminate electro-magnetic noise induced on long cables, and outputs “Phantom Power” - a voltage which is required by lectern and other sensitive condenser microphones. This is unique to the AV-1500 in its class.
Ceiling Amplifier with ground lift
A unique feature is the ability to use it in tandem with a data projector in the ceiling, meaning you can intuitively use the projector remote control to select inputs and control volume. Simply mount the amplifier up in the ceiling above the projector (making it much harder to steal), and run all of the audio through the projector into the AV-1500. The AV-1500 has a power output socket so that the projector and amp can share the same power outlet, and it also has a ground-lift switch to eliminate noise sometimes induced on audio signals by data projectors. Easy!
