About Us Presentation Media Ltd, established in 2001, are specialist resellers of Audio Visual and Presentation equipment. We developed Presentation Media, after our sister computer company had been using av and Interactive Whiteboards for training. We liked the products so much, we decided to develop a specialised company offering a wide range of independent products sourced from all the major distributors in the U.K. This we feel offers our customers the best of the best, and a one-stop solution with presenting your message. All prices exclude VAT and UK delivery. To place an order, please either fax us on 01202 483884 or order on-line. If you are an educational, government establishment or blue chip company and wish to pay by 14 or 30 day account please fax your official purchase order. We are unable to take telephone orders. We only deliver to UK mainland.
E.& O.E. We take care to ensure prices are correct but we're only human and on occasions mistakes may happen. If we do find, on these rare occasions, that we have made an error with pricing we will contact you to give you an opportunity to purchase at the correct price or cancel your order.
IMPORTANT: All orders are subject to approval by our credit control department who perform a number of anti-fraud checks for the safety of you, the card holder. Lamp orders: We have to order most projector lamps on special order with the manufacturers. Please ensure you order the correct model carefully as the manufacturer and therefore ourselves, cannot accept returned lamps once shipped.

Delivery Schedule All orders are shipped by couriers in the UK. We no not export outside the UK.
Delivery of projectors, plasma screens, whiteboards, LCD monitors and accessories are normally next working day if goods are in stock. Cut off time for orders for next day delivery is 2 pm.
Should goods not be in stock, a sales person will ring you.
Lamp delivery please allow 7-14 working days as some lamps have to be sent direct from the manufacturers.
