The Toshiba ESP classroom package not only comprises the new projector, but a robust and future-proof wall mount, an easy to use control panel and an optional security cage.

Although there is still no conclusive research, safety fears are growing around the impact of projector glare in students and teachers eyes when using interactive whiteboards. Extreme short throw technology is designed to be sited very close to the whiteboard and angled, dramatically reducing both glare and shadow effects.

A major benefit of the projector offering is its ability to work seamlessly with existing whiteboard installations without having to make additional changes or investments to the AV technology suite. Simple to set up and operate, the Toshiba ESP classroom package avoids difficult ceiling installations and causes minimal disruption in the classroom. The angled bracket has been designed as a future-proof solution, making it an asset that won’t be outdated with the technology.

• Panel can be attached anywhere in the room, for example, it can be secured to the wall near the projector, or at the teacher’s desk.
• The remote control is only needed for the initial set up and can be safely stowed away afterwards - the solution can then be turned on and off directly via the panel.

The image quality quite simply puts previous projectors in the shade with its ability to make images and multimedia even more engaging for pupils. Teachers can achieve a bright picture even without closing curtains or blinds – letting light back into the classroom. The use of the DLP technology means that there is no need to replace filters - something which teachers have noted as a constant headache. Additionally, there is no colour degradation - when a lamp is replaced, you can be assured that the colour quality and brightness will remain as good as ever, delivering a longer projector life and an attractive return on investment.
